The E A L Systems objective is to develop itself as a multi-modal freight handler in the region with a corporate goal of customer first policy, having following measures in place:

 Ensure Smooth flow of Cargo from the Point of Entry till the Cargo’s final destination for which EALS is contracted for.

Provide regular timely reports to the clients using most modern technology on the status of Clients Cargo.

Provide and a transparent service for the clients where client is kept well informed during the movement of its cargo through various channels.

Through professional skilled staff, use most efficient procedures available in specific environment to provide clients hassle free logistic services.

Provide strict supervision while loading, offloading, stuffing, de-stuffing or storing the cargo in order to minimize handling damage to client’s cargo.

Use best expertise and efforts in minimizing uncontrollable costs for the clients which arise out of the scope of logistic costs.

Pre-empt any problematic event by planning the assignment well in advance of taking charge of the cargo.

Provide transparent costing to the client for the services.
